Sanjay Ambala Job Title: Sales Executive (Haryana) Location: Ambala City Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of our automobile products across the Haryana region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the automobile industry, strong customer relationship skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for automobile products within the assigned territory of Haryana. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealerships, fleet sales, and direct customer sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential customers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our automobile products. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest automobile industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Gather and report market feedback to the sales manager to improve sales strategies and product offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the automobile industry is mandatory. Strong understanding of automobile products, features, and specifications. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Haryana. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Additional regional language proficiency is an advantage. Male candidates are preferred.
