Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our B2B team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales in the areas of recyclable materials, waste management services, and sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and approach potential B2B clients (industries, businesses, institutions).

● Present our services in a professional manner to generate leads and close deals.

● Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Maintain records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and conversion status.

● Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery.

● Share quotations, pricing, and negotiate contracts as per company guidelines.

● Report daily/weekly sales activities and updates to the team lead or manager.

● Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.

● Cash collection and followups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
