Role : Sales Executive (Field Sales) Product : Home Loan, Housing Loan, LAP (Loan Against Property) Salary : 21,500 + incentives Locations : Pathanamthitta, Kochi, Anagamaly, Muvattupuzha, Thodupuzha, Alappuzha, Calicut, Tirur, Kasargode, Pattambi, Chalakudi, Trivandrum A Home Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, assisting customers in securing home loans, and ensuring smooth loan processing. Their key responsibilities include: Job Responsibilities - Identifying potential customers through cold calling, referrals, and networking. - Promoting home loan products to prospective clients. - Conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings. - Meeting with clients to explain loan options, interest rates, and eligibility criteria. - Providing guidance on the application process and required documentation. - Maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Keeping track of leads, conversions, and sales pipeline through CRM tools. - Preparing reports on sales performance and market trends. - Addressing customer queries related to loan disbursement and repayment.
