Sales Executive

Job Description

Generate leads through networking, references, fieldwork, telecalling, and digital platforms. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. Conduct property site visits and provide complete project details to potential buyers. Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Stay up to date with market trends, project developments, pricing, and competitor offerings. Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams for smooth customer onboarding and transactions. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely updates. Participate in marketing events, roadshows, and exhibitions to promote company projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4–5 years of real estate sales experience (residential or commercial). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations. Ability to handle field work, including property site visits. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Preferred Candidate Attributes: Self-driven and result-oriented. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per client availability. Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
