Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of network equipment and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking hardware, IT infrastructure, and business communication solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for networking equipment and IT solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate IT solutions to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the right networking and IT solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical guidance.
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and suppliers.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with technical teams, distributors, and marketing departments.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance.
  • Stay updated on new networking and IT products, technologies, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in IT sales, networking equipment sales, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of networking hardware and IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in B2B sales or enterprise IT solutions.
