About the Role
We are building an elite sales team that specialises in helping UK residents improve their financial wellbeing.
Your role will focus on cold calling, diagnosing customer needs, building trust, and fully closing the case — from the first conversation to final submission.
This is not a typical call-centre role.
This is a performance-driven, high-growth sales opportunity designed for individuals who want to master UK communication, behaviour psychology, and high-ticket closing.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to UK customers from provided data.
• Understand their financial challenges and provide guidance using our UK financial wellbeing framework.
• Qualify genuine cases through effective questioning.
• Build trust through empathy, active listening & professional communication.
• Present appropriate solutions clearly and confidently.
• Handle objections effectively and move clients toward closure.
• Maintain CRM updates, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs for calls, conversions & closures.
• Collaborate with team leaders to enhance scripts and strategies.
