Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of proven experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Submit reports and feedback to management using CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office. Preferred Skills:Experience in [insert specific industry if applicable].
