Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the sales of our innovative software application in the market. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting the applications value proposition, and closing deals. Your goal is to generate revenue, build long-term relationships with clients, and help our company grow in the competitive software industry. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target potential customers in various sectors that could benefit from the software application. Develop and execute lead generation strategies through networking, cold calling, social media, and other innovative methods. Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value and unique features of the software application. Understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor sales presentations to address them effectively. Account Management : Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including follow-up on leads and maintaining client relationships. Provide timely and effective after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer requirements to adapt the sales approach accordingly. Gather feedback from customers to relay to the product development team for improvements. Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis by implementing effective sales strategies. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management. Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and meet customer needs. Participate in sales events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the product and build a strong network. Key Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the software or technology industry. Strong understanding of software applications and SaaS solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
