Job Description

Job Location: Jasola, Delhi Experience: 1-3 Years Must be holding excellent communication skills Work Mode: Onsite Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage franchise sales opportunities. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals. Pitch franchise opportunities to potential investors and partners. Conduct meetings and presentations to explain the business model, ROI, and support provided. Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements. Maintain relationships with existing franchisees and support their growth. Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales or business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of franchise business models and market trends. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Note: Only immediate joiners would be considered.
