Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers in the education/training industry. Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive sales growth. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or related field. Strong communication skills for effective cold calling and client interactions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and management.
