Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher) – Lead Handling & Outreach Location: Remote (India) / Bengaluru (optional office visits) Employment Type: Full-time About The Notary App The Notary App (TNA) is a SaaS platform designed to help independent Notaries and Loan Signing Agents (LSAs) in the U.S. streamline operations, acquire new clients, and grow their businesses. We offer an all-in-one suite—covering website creation, appointment scheduling, invoicing, CRM, and more—to replace multiple costly tools and drive efficiency. Role Overview As a Sales Executive (Fresher) , you will focus on incoming lead management and outbound outreach to convert prospects into active subscribers. You will learn the full sales cycle on the job—engaging with leads, qualifying them, running product demos, and collaborating with senior team members to close deals. Key Responsibilities Incoming Lead Management: Monitor and triage inbound leads from website, campaigns, and partner channels. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team. Sales Outreach Support: Assist in crafting and sending personalized email and social media outreach sequences. Make follow-up calls under guidance to nurture cold and warm prospects. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot). Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status and outreach activities. Product Learning & Demo Assistance: Gain in-depth knowledge of TNA’s features to support live demonstrations. Sit in on demos and presentations to learn best practices in pitching. Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales executives and marketing to refine messaging. Collect customer feedback from calls to share with product and marketing teams. Who You Are Recent graduate (any discipline) with strong interest in SaaS sales and customer engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Eager to learn, coachable, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
