Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development in forging / precision components.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer accounts through strong relationship management.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs to create effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in

    B2B sales

    (preferably in forging, automotive, or manufacturing components).
  • Good knowledge of forging processes / precision engineering is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits.
