Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, site walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries.
  
• Engage with potential buyers to understand their requirements and present suitable property options.
  
• Conduct site visits, explain project features, pricing, amenities, and financing options.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high conversion rates.
  
• Follow up regularly with prospects to drive bookings and closures.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, agreements, and customer support.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  
• Represent the brand professionally at promotional events and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
  
• 15 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to understand customer needs and build rapport quickly.
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  
• Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is an added advantage.
