We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in the electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating leads, converting potential customers, and expanding our dealer network through field visits, telecalling, and in-person sales interactions. This is a field-intensive role that demands excellent communication, relationship-building, and target-driven performance. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new leads through online research, field activities, and referrals. Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into successful sales. Field Sales & Dealer Outreach: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors. Telecalling & Direct Sales: Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients and dealers. Manage and nurture leads through CRM or tracking sheets until closure. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the operations and product teams. Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Support promotional campaigns and local marketing events to drive visibility and sales. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in field sales / dealer sales / EV or automobile sales / BFSI / logistics preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple client interactions daily. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
