Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

FitClub is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting walk-ins, building client relationships, and achieving monthly membership sales targets. If you are passionate about fitness and have strong communication and sales skills, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, explaining membership plans and services.
• Actively pursue leads through calls, follow-ups, and inquiries.
• Convert leads into active members by providing accurate and engaging information.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of fitness programs, personal training packages, and club facilities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain records of prospects, inquiries, and sales in CRM or designated tools.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure renewals and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations and fitness teams for smooth member onboarding.
• Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle queries professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good presentation and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,946.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
