Job Description

Key Responsibility Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and propose relevant media solutions. Manage and grow assigned key accounts, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction. Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, expanding the scope of business. Ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of sales performance. Present media solutions and campaign plans effectively, showcasing the value proposition. Conduct market research to understand client industries, trends, and competitor strategies. Use insights to adapt sales approaches and offer competitive solutions. Provide clients with regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to ensure favourable terms for both parties.
