Mission of the Role

Drive event conversions and partnerships — filling seats, nurturing leads, and ensuring every KuKa experience reaches the right audience. You’ll be the friendly, persuasive connector who turns curiosity into commitment.

Key Responsibilities


1️⃣ Lead Generation & CRM Management

  • Segment and manage leads from ads, ticketing platforms, and past attendees.
  • Maintain Hot/Warm/Cold lead statuses with 100% CRM hygiene.
  • Prioritize daily call lists and WhatsApp follow-ups.


2️⃣ Conversion Campaigns (Event-wise)

  • Run time-bound conversion drives from early-bird to final push.
  • Convert warm leads through calls and WhatsApp using approved scripts and creatives.
  • Hit weekly targets on connect rate, conversions, and CRM updates.


3️⃣ Partnerships & Outreach

  • Build and manage relationships with cafés, studios, corporates, and schools.
  • Support marketing campaigns and local collaborations.
  • Identify cross-sell, repeat-attendee, and referral opportunities.


4️⃣ Event-Day Coordination

  • Handle attendee check-ins and on-ground coordination.
  • Provide quick assistance and promote upcoming events.
  • Capture short testimonials or feedback when appropriate.


5️⃣ Post-Event Follow-Up

  • Send thank-you messages within 24 hrs.
  • Encourage referrals, bundles, and loyalty sign-ups.
  • Update outcomes in CRM for future retargeting.


Success Metrics

✅ Lead → Paid conversion: 12–18%

✅ Call connect rate: ≥35%

✅ Seat-fill targets per event

✅ CRM hygiene: 100% within 24 hrs

✅ Repeat signup rate: 10%+ per month

Must-Haves

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills (phone + WhatsApp).
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable with deadlines.
  • Comfortable with Sheets/CRM tools.
  • Loves connecting with people and learning about culture.


Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in event sales, partnerships, or hospitality.
  • Basic familiarity with Meta lead forms or ad dashboards.
  • Interest in art, culture, or creative communities.

Mon–Sat | ~48 hrs/week
