Job Title: Sales Executive Hospital Solutions Location - Bangalore, Delhi. Employment Type - Full-Time About Eka.Care EkaCare (Orbi Health) is a well-funded startup working on a suite of technologies in the healthcare domain ranging from AI-powered EMR for doctors to one of the most comprehensive personal health record (PHR) applications for consumers. EkaCare seeks enthusiastic senior candidates to develop Large Language Models around medical/clinical data. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to promote and sell our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth by demonstrating the value of our EMR system in enhancing patient care and streamlining hospital operations. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential hospital clients through market research, networking, and cold-calling. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, Chief Medical Officers, and department heads. Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct detailed product demos and presentations to illustrate how our EMR solution addresses hospital needs and improves operational efficiency. Solution Customization: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to tailor EMR solutions that meet the unique requirements of each hospital. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and close sales while ensuring profitable terms for both the client and the company. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights and feedback to product teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, maintain CRM records, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management. Industry Representation: Represent the company at healthcare conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our EMR solutions and expand our market presence. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare IT or software solutions. Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and EMR systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as required. Key Competencies: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
