Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Pro Water, your role will involve onboarding new high-rise societies and apartments by identifying and meeting association members, conducting sales and marketing activities, achieving monthly sales targets, building relationships with customers, seeking new business opportunities, and reporting to your manager on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and meet association members of high-rise societies and apartments to onboard new customers. - Conduct sales and marketing activities such as setting up kiosks, canopies, and standees. - Perform door-to-door sales activities, distribute flyers, and convert customers. - Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company. - Build long-term trusting relationships with customers. - Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. - Prepare and share daily reports with your manager. Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of experience in RWA sales or Apartments sales. - Hands-on experience in RWA sales, particularly in high-rise societies. - Fluency in English, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi is a must. Please note that working on Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory for this role, with two days off during the week (between Monday to Friday). The job timings are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
