Job Description

Responsibilities: New Dealer Acquisition: Proactively identify and recruit new dealers through direct meetings, site visits, personalized email outreach, and cold calling, expanding our network and enhancing market reach. Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers by providing ongoing support, timely information, and guidance, ensuring their continuous engagement, satisfaction, and a growing pipeline of sales. Sales and Product Strategy: Formulate and execute a detailed monthly sales plan, and effectively introduce and promote new collections to dealers, facilitating their adoption and sales. Market Analysis: Regularly analyze industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product improvements or new product introductions. Conduct thorough market research to grasp market dynamics and refine sales strategies, ensuring they are aligned with current market conditions. Performance Metrics: Set and achieve specific sales targets, meticulously analyze sales trends to gauge performance, and align all sales activities with the company's strategic goals. Field Work: Regularly engage in field work to interact with potential and existing dealers, understand their business needs, and foster stronger business relationships. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically 7 - 10 days per month to meet clients and drive business opportunities. Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years of experience + proven track record in B2B/B2C sales or business development, preferably within the Textile & Apparel industry. Skills: Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with business leaders and decision-makers. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel skills preferred. Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions and develop effective strategies. Robust negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to secure profitable deals. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for pursuing new business opportunities. Target-oriented with a commitment to perform field work as required, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
