Job Description

Maintain soft-spoken and professional behavior with colleagues and customers. Demonstrate high team spirit and collaboration. Acquire new broadband connections and ensure timely payment collection. Market broadband connections and related services/products on a door-to-door basis. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets within the given timeframe. Answer customer queries and generate potential leads. Promote company services using various media such as banners, newspaper inserts, and leaflets. Increase the customer base by converting potential leads into sales. Track and follow up on potential leads to ensure successful conversions. Provide daily feedback and updates to the Team Leader. Take complete ownership of the customer acquisition process, from lead generation to installation.
