Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Sales Executive to drive residential solar sales for homeowners to transition to solar energy under Rooftop Solar Policy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in Residential EPC Solar Sales.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new residential sales leads

· Pitch customized solar solutions

· Develop and maintain relationships

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution

· Stay updated with solar policies, incentives, and market trends

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

· 2+ years of experience in residential solar sales (experience in the solar energy sector is a must)

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused

· Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
