Sales Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with hands-on experience in Fintech or IT product sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, conducting product demos, and achieving monthly revenue targets. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the Fintech/IT sector. Promote company products such as Payment Gateway, API solutions, Software products, SaaS, B2B services, or digital solutions. Conduct product presentations, demos, and explain technical features to clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the technical and operations team for onboarding and client support. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. 1–5+ years of experience in Fintech / IT sales / Software sales / Payment solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical products (APIs, payment systems, software). Experience with B2B sales, lead generation, or corporate tie-ups. Good understanding of fintech products such as UPI, DMT, AEPS, Payment Gateway, BBPS, etc. (optional but preferred) Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Preferred ExperienceExperience selling APIs, SaaS, IT solutions, Payment platforms, Recharge & DMT services, Banking tech, etc. Understanding of CRM tools and online lead generation. Existing network in MSME, NBFC, IT, or banking ecosystem is a plus.
