You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our services and booking meetings for our sales team.
This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who is confident on calls, eager to learn, and comfortable working remotely.
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients across India and international markets.
Introduce Code Gradient's services (Web Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing, AI Tools).
Understand customer needs and book meetings with the senior team.
Maintain call logs, follow-up lists, and daily reporting sheets (templates will be provided).
Send WhatsApp/email follow-ups after calls.
Achieve weekly call and meeting targets.
Coordinate with the CEO to qualify leads and close deals.
Basic English speaking + clear communication
Confidence in cold calling
Computer/laptop + stable internet
Ability to follow scripts and training
Basic knowledge of digital services is a bonus (not mandatory)
Consistency, discipline, and willingness to learn
