Job Description

The Sales Executive Business Loan Sales is responsible for generating leads, acquiring SME and self-employed customers, and promoting unsecured and secured business loan products. The role involves lead generation, client assessment, loan processing, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

Identify and acquire SMEs, startups, and self-employed professionals as potential business loan customers.
Promote Unsecured Business Loans, Term Loans, and Working Capital Loans. Develop and maintain relationships with SME clients, financial intermediaries, and industry associations. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

2. Lead Generation & Client Interaction:

Conduct cold calls, referrals, digital marketing, and field visits to generate leads. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable business loan solutions. Educate customers on loan features, eligibility, repayment options, and interest rates.

3. Loan Application & Documentation:

Assist customers in loan application processing and document submission. Verify KYC, GST returns, bank statements, business proof, and income tax filings. Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) for loan processing and disbursement.

4. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred) Experience: 1-3 years in Business Loan Sales.

Strong sales and negotiation skills Good knowledge of Business loan products and credit policies Excellent communication & relationship management skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Understanding of financial statements and creditworthiness assessment.
