Job Description:

We are in search of a results-driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at Bragnam Learning Private Limited. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong passion for driving business growth in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our preschool franchise to potential clients.
Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the business development team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Positive and proactive attitude
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
Team player with adaptability to changing requirements
Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet sales goals
Exceptional planning and organizational skills
Basic Computer Knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven track record in sales or a related role
Familiarity with the education industry is advantageous.
