Job Description

BoostMyChild is India’s fastest-growing AI-driven Early Years Platform, empowering preschools with evidence-based assessments, AI insights, holistic progress monitoring, and a smart parent engagement app aligned with NEP and NCF guidelines. We work with leading preschool chains, government partnerships, and 3000+ centres, and we are expanding rapidly across India and globally.


We are looking for high-energy Sales Executives who can drive school partnerships, manage the sales funnel end-to-end, and help scale Boostmychild’s AI-driven school solutions across India. This role involves B2B sales to preschools, K-8 schools, chains, and franchise owners.


Responsibilities:


* Identify and generate leads across preschools, K-8 schools, and franchise networks.

* Meet preschool owners, directors, academic heads, and decision makers.

* Pitch Boostmychild’s assessment suite, parent app, and AI-powered solutions.

* Demonstrate product features and value propositions effectively.

* Conduct demos and workshops for school teams, both in-person and virtual.

* Drive monthly and quarterly sales closures.

* Create proposals, pricing, and custom solutions for partners.

* Negotiate commercial agreements and finalize onboarding.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for upsell and cross-sell.

* Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation.

* Maintain sales reports, funnel accuracy, and pipeline health.


Who should apply:

Candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience in EdTech, preschool/K-12, SaaS, or B2B solution sales. Should be confident interacting with school leadership, possess strong communication and presentation skills, be target-driven, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.


Required skills:

B2B sales, school partnerships, presentation and demo skills, communication skills, negotiation and closing abilities, CRM proficiency, and understanding of EdTech.
