SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your strong verbal and written communication skills in all three languages to effectively interact with clients and team members. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and providing feedback to the sales and marketing departments will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, ensuring exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries or complaints will be crucial. Collaboration with team members to develop sales strategies, share best practices, and achieve overall sales objectives is expected.
