Job Title: Health Insurance Executive / Relationship Manage rLocation: [City: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Department: Health Insurance / Bancassurance / Sales Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell health insurance products to individual and corporate clients. Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and partner channels. Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable health plans. Handle policy insurance, renewals, claims support, and customer queries. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure renewals and referrals. Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth processing. Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Skills & Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field) 6 months–1 year of experience in insurance sales / bancassurance / health insurance. Good communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with problem-solving ability. Basic computer and MS Office skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly premium target achievement. Policy conversion and renewal rates. Customer satisfaction and retention. Lead generation and closure ratio.
