Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and approach new customers (wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and e-commerce sellers) Build strong relationships with toy shops, gift stores, and online marketplace sellers Sales & Business Development Promote and sell soft toys through B2B & B2C channels Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and payment terms with clients Market Research & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences Analyze competitors' pricing and sales strategies Customer Relationship Management Maintain good relations with existing customers for repeat business Handle client queries, complaints, and after-sales support Retail & E-Commerce Sales Support Assist in listing products on online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Support in setting up in-store promotions and branding strategies Reporting & Documentation Maintain sales records, invoices, and follow-up reports Provide regular sales updates to management Preferred candidate profile Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under targets and deadlines Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and online selling platforms (preferred) Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Sales background preferred) Willingness to travel for client meetings and store visits Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality Perks and benefits Attractive incentives & bonuses on achieving targets Travel allowance for field visits Opportunities for career growth & promotions Paid leaves & holidays Employee discounts on company products
