Role & responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the institutional market in India. Identify and target key segments for institutional sales. 2. Client Acquisiton and Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including corporate clients, educational institutions, and government bodies. 3. Revenue Genera on: Meet and exceed sales targets for the institutional business segment in India Collaborate with the marke ng team to create targeted campaigns for ins tu onal clients. 4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, compe tor ac vi es, and poten al opportuni es. Provide insights to adapt sales strategies based on market dynamics. 5. Team Collaborate on: Coordinate with internal teams, including marke ng and logis cs, to ensure smooth execu on of ins tu onal sales. Provide regular updates to the senior management team on sales performance and market trends. Requirements: Preferred candidate profile Strong negotiation and communication skills. Work experience of 0-1 requirement Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
