Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models. Conduct test drives and explain features, benefits, and pricing. Generate and follow up on leads from online, fieldwork, and referrals. Negotiate price, finance, exchange, and close the deal. Handle booking, documentation, and coordinate with the finance & insurance (F&I) team. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain daily reports and update CRM software. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
