Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our business in the transport and logistics industry. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Presenting and demonstrating our services to potential clients, customizing proposals to meet their specific needs. - Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the management. - Conducting market analysis and reporting on trends, customer feedback, and competition. - Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns. - Preparing sales reports and presentations for management review. - Participating in trade shows and industry events to promote our services and network with potential clients. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the transport and logistics sector. - Education: Any degree; B.Com. preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
