We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants for promoting our premium brands EBCO (hardware fittings), Bodaq (interior films), and Modular Kitchens . The role involves business development, technical consultation, and sales execution by working closely with architects to incorporate our products into their projects. Location:Surat(Ghod-Dod Road,Surat) Key Responsibilities: 1. Architect Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and project consultants . Regularly visit architectural firms, conduct product presentations, and educate them about our EBCO, Bodaq, and Modular Kitchen solutions . Influence architects to specify and recommend our products in their projects. Provide technical guidance and suggest suitable products as per project requirements. 2. Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with leading architectural firms. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting architect leads into revenue-generating projects. Work on project-based sales by coordinating with architects and end clients for product selection. Provide cost estimates,negotiate pricing, and close deals while maintaining profitability. 3. Product Promotion & Technical Consultation: Stay updated with the latest trends in architectural hardware, interior finishes, and kitchen solutions . Educate architects on product applications, quality, and benefits through workshops and demonstrations. Work closely with the marketing team to conduct events, seminars, and networking meets. 4. Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with the internal sales, design, and installation teams for project execution. Ensure smooth coordination between the company, architects, and clients. Submit weekly reports on meetings, client feedback, and sales performance. Key Requirements: 1. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business,Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field . 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in architectural products, interior solutions, or modular kitchens . Prior experience handling architect accounts will be a strong advantage. 2. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong knowledge of hardware fittings, interior films, and modular kitchen solutions . Ability to consult, influence, and sell to architects and designers. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach . 3. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and presentation tools .
