Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and driving sales for the companys real-estate projects. The role involves client interaction, site visits, relationship building, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and has a strong understanding of real-estate sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Chaneel Partner Conversion

  • Handle leads through calls, emails, and site visits.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain strong conversion ratios by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable project options.

2. Client Relationship & Sales Presentation

  • Conduct detailed project presentations, virtual tours, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Build trust with clients by offering transparent information and addressing concerns.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales cycle—from inquiry to booking.

3. Site Visits & Demonstration

  • Arrange and conduct property/site visits with potential buyers.
  • Present project features, amenities, pricing, and USPs effectively.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional on-site customer experience.

4. Documentation & Coordination

  • Assist clients with booking forms, documentation, and payment processes.
  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for customer onboarding.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.

5. Market Knowledge & Competitive Awareness

  • Stay updated with real-estate trends, pricing, competition, and neighborhood developments.
  • Provide market feedback to the sales manager and contribute to pricing strategies.

6. Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, visits, and bookings.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in real-estate sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered (based on company policy).

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with local real-estate norms and RERA guidelines (preferred).

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
