Job description Role & responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting HNI luxury residential and commercial properties. Engage with clients on calls to understand their requirements, recommend suitable properties & drive leads to appointment conversion. Provide detailed and accurate information about available properties, pricing, and other relevant details. Responsible for managing daily login hours, dialing & appointment targets. Maintain and update customer databases with precision, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Effective rapport building on calls & managing a two-way conversation. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients. High zeal to learn real estate markets, including commercial sales and property acquisitions. Min 6 months of experience in an outbound calling profile. Proficient in using MS Office (word, excel) & prior experience working on CRM Ability to handle objections & negotiations effectively. Excellent organizational & time management skills.
