Job Description

Designation/Job Title: Executive Sales Department: Sales and Marketing Location: Devanahalli, Bengaluru Reports to : Head - Sales & Marketing Enquiry Review and Processing: Analysis and processing of Customer enquiry using internal tools and ERP. Techno Commercial analysis of Supplier offers (from tkA Global locations, SCM/Mills) and Gap management of supplier offers vs customer need by closely working with other tkA Global Sites, SCM and Sales team. • Quote preparation using internal tools and ERP. Updating the RFQ tracker and related reports. Contract & PO Review and Processing: Review and analysis of customer forecast and PO against the Contract or the offers and GAP management (order amendments, lead time etc) of the same by working closely with Sales team and customers. Collate customer forecast or the PO in specified format and create accurate material Purchase request to SCM team. GAP Management based on SCM response on securing the ordered material by closely working with Sales team, customer and SCM. • Creation of Forecast coverage report & inventory analysis and communicate to customer for forecast variations and excess inventory. • Tracking of Open orders and reporting to Customers. Internal Order execution and Shipment: Review, verification and release of the Sales Order for operations using internal tools and ERP to plan the material readiness based on the delivery schedule mentioned by customer. • Coordination with planning, scheduling and operations team during this process. • Planning and execution of the outgoing shipments by coordinating with Logistics & Custom clearance team to meet the Sales target for the month. Reports Management, analysis Prepare monthly, weekly reports for various key customers. • Creation and management of various market development, customer development, enquiry repository & tracking, various KPIs for the team as required by the management. Provide all necessary data requested by the customer and management on need basis. • Account Receivable Report management by closely working with finance team. Contributing in implementing the initiatives for Continuous Improvement in all of the activities. • Contributing in the development and functioning of ERP system to manage many of these activities. • Creating masters/codes for raw materials and finished goods for new requirements, in co-ordination with KAM and quality Team.
