Job Description

• Assist customer during site and sample showcase to customer.
• To explain project detail to the customer.
• Providing excellent customer site visit experience and service during the site visit as per process.
• Sample bungalow maintenance and cleanliness management as per process.
• Maintain customer relationship as per process.
• Assist for site related any admin work as and when assigned.
• Solar meter, electric meter, electricity bill payment management.
• Reporting to immediate head and when required
• Adherence and following upon the company policies and procedures.

Qualification -Bachelor//'s degree.

• Fresher or experienced.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship building.
• Bachelor//'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Candidates who are Gujarati-speaking and proficient in typing will be preferred.
