Hiring: Sales Executives – Gurgaon & Delhi
At Adbuffs, we’re building deeper partnerships with DTC & e-commerce brands, and are looking for ambitious, client-ready Sales Executives based in Gurgaon or Delhi to accelerate that mission.
This role is hybrid and calls for individuals who take ownership, move fast, and understand what drives growth in modern digital businesses.
What You’ll Do
*Own the full sales cycle: Prospecting → Pitching → Closing
*Build and manage a strong pipeline across DTC/E-com businesses
*Understand client goals and position Adbuffs’ performance marketing solutions
*Partner closely with internal teams on proposals & tailored pitches
*Maintain accurate activity tracking and outcomes in CRM systems
*Deliver consistently on monthly & quarterly targets
What You Need
*1–4 years of sales experience
*Strong advantage if you’ve worked in DTC / Performance Marketing / Agency sales
*Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals
*Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*Self-driven, structured, and comfortable in high-growth environments
*Must be based in Gurgaon or Delhi
Good to Have
*Network with DTC founders, marketers, or growth leaders
*Experience selling marketing or digital solutions
