Key Responsibilities Drive sales of residential properties. Handle client inquiries, schedule site visits, and conduct property presentations. Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and channel partners. Follow up with clients regularly and convert leads into successful deal closures. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales strategies. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and sales data. Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven experience in residential property sales. Strong understanding of construction and property trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
