Role & responsibilities Driving sales growth through effective channel management & collaboration with Partners Supported Channel Partners in all aspect whether Technical/Commercial/Training Providing technical and commercial support to channel partners to enhance their performance. Monitoring channel partner performance and ensuring alignment with company goals and standards. Ensuring the seamless execution of projects, timely delivery, and resolution of customer concerns. To identify prospective customers and analyse them for business opportunities within product, packages and service Maintaining relationships and business with existing customer To visit customers and do walk through surveys to identify opportunities Managing and interpreting customer requirement To report market trends to Management Preparing customer quotations Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions Offering after-sales support services Administering customer accounts Preparing reports Meeting regular sales targets Recording and maintaining customer contact data Preferred candidate profile Candidates having relevant work experience in Steam engineering products may apply for this role.
