With over 30 years of experience andmore than 30,000 installations, we serve major sectors including infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing,education, banking, and government organizations.Role Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to lead solution-based sales of IP-CCTV security, fire alarm systems.The role demands a proactive individual capable of handling complex client requirements, designing technicalsolutions, preparing competitive proposals, and finalizing orders. The job involves field visits across Kolkataand West Bengal and close coordination with internal design and project execution teams.Key Responsibilities: Solution Sales and Client Engagement – Drive B2B sales in electronic security and fire safety,managing end-to-end client engagement. Technical Proposal Development – Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals aligned with clientrequirement specifications and compliance standards. Negotiation and Order Finalization – Conduct presentations, address client queries, and negotiate onpricing and deliverables. Cross-Functional Coordination – Work with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensureproject readiness and smooth handover. Market & Competitor Tracking – Stay updated with industry developments and report leads,forecasts, and customer feedback regularly.Preferred Industry Experience:Candidates with prior experience in selling or designing CCTV, IP Surveillance, Fire Alarm Systems, VideoManagement, Building Automation, or Access Control Systems are preferred.
