Job Opening Area Sales Manager - Industrial Automation, Sensor and Safety sensor Solution(Delhi NCR) Company - United Control Engineers India Private Limited (Industrial Automation Division) Roles and Responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager(Industrial automation and sensor solutions) at United Control Engineers India Private Limited located in Greater Noida. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing sales forecasts and reports. Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years in Industrial automation Solution sales. Must have experience with Industrial Automation product/ Solution range (Servo, Motion controller, PLC, HMI,Etc.) Have worked with Pacakaging, Printing, Intralogistic OEMs, End Users in Delhi NCR. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities Good analytical and problem-solving skills Develop sales strategies to achieve targets for industrial automation products such as PLC, switchgears, and panel builders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the features and benefits of our industrial automation products. Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities. Identify new market segments and develop plans to penetrate them. Present products or services in your industry that would be beneficial to your client business. Plan detailed presentations that show clients your product info, pricing, and benefits Develop products or program suggestions for clients and successfully sell them Manage billing and delivery of solid products Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations Follow up on solid products to ensure the customer is happy Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities Note: Bike Must
