SALES ENGINEER TECHNICAL Summary : The Sales Engineer will be responsible to generate Business for the Products and Product Portfolio being assigned for the Industry and the Region. Functionality includes : Project Chasing Contract Finalization, Execution and Support. Order Follow up and Closure. Basically, Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Payment (OTP) Documentation and Approvals Provide the Support for Commissioning and Start-up Support through Service Engineer and Team Support including on site customer training. Developing long-term business relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements. Persuading customers that the products or services best satisfies their needs in terms of Quality and Price. Negotiating Tender and Contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and Company requirements. Calculating customer quotations and administering customer accounts. Problem Solving with Selling to Customer Skills. Innovation and Requirement Analysis. IMPORTANT – TO HAVE IN CANDIDATE : The Candidates should have technical knowledge on the Valves and Automation. We are not looking for candidates who are into Commodity Valves. Our is Niche Segment of the Industry and we are only focusing on the Severe Service Applications which demands critical and top of the line Products (Valves). Also, complete knowledge about the Valve Sizing with regards to selection of Valve according to Design Temperature and Design Pressure, Body Material and Bore Size and also the Edge Prep or Pipe Schedule. Able to differentiate between SW and BW schedules and also importantly to do the budgeting on the pricing to ensure we are competitive. Candidates from the same field only should apply and having experience in the same product and industry. In addition to Ball Valves, Candidate should also have knowledge of the Actuators i.e., Pneumatic, Electric and Hydraulic. To select the right actuator according to the Valve Torque. We are looking for a Dynamic, Technical Strong and also adaptive to the situation and customer and who can develop close and strong relations with customer. Qualifications : 1. 5+ years of experience in Sales and familiarity of our products and line of business; Industrial Equipment/Power Sector/Vacuum Pumps & Valves. 2. MBA from a reputed Institute 3. Engineering Degree from a reputed Institute. 4. Well averse in English and also in MS-office and reporting! 5. CAD software would be added advantage. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED – Including any required certificates, licenses, and registrations. _1. High level of customer service skills as well as the ability to respond quickly to service/parts calls. 2. Thorough understanding of systems troubleshooting and the benefits of establishing solid service practices for the company and the customer. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint ,Excel and Outlook. 4.
