Sales Engineer

If you’re passionate about technology, sales strategy, and helping industries modernize their paint-shop operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Manage project inquiries for

  Powder Coating Plants, Paint Booths & Ovens, Shot Blasting Equipment, Conveyorized & Robotic Paint Finishing Systems.

• Provide technical consultation, application support, and after-sales assistance to customers.

• Maintain CRM records, prepare quotations, and track pipeline conversions.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Collaborate with internal design, project, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Diploma / B.E. / M.E. in Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing.

• Experience:

  3–5 years in

  industrial machinery, capital equipment, or project-based sales.

• Skills:

• Strong techno-commercial acumen

• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and

  CRM tools

• Fluent in

  English and local languages

  (additional languages are a plus)
