Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role located in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, communicating effectively, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Before & After Sales Support
• Trouble shooting, Training to the customers, maintenance of existing customers and the development of new customers (by mail/telephone/personal visit)
• Products Test and make it ready for supply
• Track and handle quotes, orders, deliveries, customer needs, and complaints.
• Respond to the customer’s on the same day. When the customer encounters a problem, needs to help the customer get a solution in the fastest time
• Sales/Service/Enquiry data statistics, analysis.
• Preparing & updating Technical Manuals & Sales Support Documents , processes, 
• Meet KPI
• Reporting to the management

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Technical Support and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Ability to understand technical product details and explain them to customers
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
