About the job We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Engineer with a strong background in selling machinery, automation solutions, cutting tools, Industrial robots and automation products like PLC, HMI, sensors, motors, etc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the machinery and automation sector Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients in various industries. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our machinery, automation solutions, cutting tools, and machine-tending robots. Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the sales process. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling machinery, automation solutions, cutting tools, or related products. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation technologies. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications: B.E - Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics
