About Us:
Star Automation Solutions is a leading manufacturer of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Industrial Automation Systems. We design and build custom machines for assembly, inspection, and robotic automation across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build relationships with new customers
Understand client requirements and propose right automation solutions
Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and technical presentations
Coordinate with design & production teams for project execution

Requirements:

B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
Good communication & presentation skills
Trustworthy, energetic, and willing to travel
Maintain regular communication with existing customers for new opportunities.
Visit customer sites for discussion, presentation, and project follow-up.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain a strong relationship with purchase, project, and maintenance departments.
Participate in exhibitions, technical seminars, and promotional events.
Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, and case studies.
Support management in identifying new product opportunities and competitor analysis.
