Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales cycle by providing technical expertise, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations. They will liaise with the sales team to understand client requirements, provide customer service, and ensure technical solutions meet customer needs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and identifying opportunities to promote products and services effectively.

Qualifications

Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales processes to drive business growth and provide effective solutions
Proficiency in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and delivering technical solutions for client-specific needs
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and address client requirements effectively
Ability to collaborate across teams and develop relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges
Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or similar sectors is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field is preferred
Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple projects
