• To understand the requirement of customer & Schmersal product range to offer suitable machinery safety solution
• To discuss with internal & external customers to clear all the technical clarification
• To know basic SAP & CRM access
• To coordinate with sales support team for PO booking & arranging material for time delivery
• To have good presentation skill in front of customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Your responsible for sales Target of Electro-mechanical products and solution business.
• product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Experience in Automation and safety solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Respond to RFQ and technical enquiries with accurate and timely information.
• Customised product configurations and solutions to meet client needs.
• Support post-sales implementation and troubleshooting as needed.
• Payment collection as per forecast
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
